Random Legacy Challenge: Layla Rendum (Gen 5)

Layla Rendum has decided to be a SINGLE PARENT of TWO CHILDREN.

She will be entirely involved in making sure her children are PERFECT CHILDREN.

She will not have a standard career and instead will be a SCULPTURE.

She also has a crazy notion of NO STRANGERS and won't allow service people in her house.

Layla gets started on her family with her own version of a teen pregnancy.

This time only the father (Gavin Newson) is a teenager.

I left Layla's house and set about aging up several of the playable households littering my neighborhood (bringing some of the children and toddlers into play more).

Next time we see Gavin, he will be an adult married to Tara DeBateu.

Layla's step grandfather, Geoff Rutherford, dies at 75.

Geoff is survived by his three children (Shannon Rutherford, Geoff Barrett, and Cosmo Rutherford) and his only grandchild (Heath Rutherford)

Little Gala Rendum has BROWN HAIR (hallelujah) and blue eyes

I love her because she is the 1st heir to not have black hair.

Layla's great aunt, Sarah Kwa, dies.

Sarah was unmarried and childless.

She was predeceased by her parents (Leilani & Scot) and her sister (Samantha).

She is survived by her nieces (Rayna Rendum Baity & Shannon Rutherford)

Layla invited Gavin over to take part in Gala's toddler birthday.

They got pregnant first (unplanned)

Raising the perfect children means they are always willing to help with household chores.

The garden is necessary because this family can't order groceries.

Since we can't hire service sims, Layla is kept pretty busy around the house with the garden, cleaning, maintenance. PERFECT CHILD rearing, and sculpting.

Grandma Rayna came over.

We are trying to entice Santa to visit too.

Gala is 13 and since she is perfect, I was able to choose her aspiration and turn-ons.

She is a knowledge sim (will come in handy for JOB HOPPER) and she is turned on by blonde and red hair and turned off by black hair.

Um this is unexpected.

If I had known that Layla was secretly pregnant, I wouldn't have had her working so hard in the garden.

Luckily, she miscarried.

I would not have terminated the pregnancy, but it doesn't fit into her family plan.

The whole family went jogging.

I didn't know Layla had a turkey in the oven.

Everyone is fine.  Just stinky and tired.

Layla has achieved maximum enthusiasm for Arts and Crafts.  She is IN THE ZONE.

I will let her stop crafting now.  She really hates it.

Nola Rendum is a teenager.

Not a whole lot of activity in the spare household.

Kea Baity married Cosmo Rutherford and they are expecting a child.

Jill Baity married ? and they have suffered through 2 miscarriages already and are now expecting again.

Rayna and Robert divorced just a year or two before her death.

Rayna Rendum-Baity is survived by her exhusband (Robert), their 6 children (Layla, Cole, Salyse, Kea, Zane, & Jill) and two granddaughters (Gala & Nola)

Gala Rendum at 18 is already at level 5 of her job in the Criminal career track.  She will be a JOB HOPPER, but I won't start that until she turns 25.

She is also at level 5 in all her skills except body.  She is working diligently at that though.

Both of the girls have reached the top of their teen careers while maintaining an A+

Zane's adopted 'twin' Jill Baity and her husband Johnson Fleig with their precious miracle child Jillian.

Jill suffered two miscarriages before having Jillian.

Layla's Aunt Shannon (Rayna's half-sister) with her only child Heath Rutherford.

Layla and her brother Cole celebrate their 54th birthdays together.

All of her siblings & her father Robert Baity were in attendance.

Gala Rendum is turning 21.

Gala Rendum is ready to move out (Change of Scenery) and live by her own rules

I'm just switching houses again so Gala will be back in her ancestral home.

All of her aunts and uncles and cousins, her Great Aunt Shannon, 2nd cousin Heath and her Grandpa Robert have moved in.

This house is CROWDED.

Time for Gala to get out.
